Under the slogan "Your Health is Your Crown... Protect It," the Caira Organization for Community Development organized a vital awareness session on breast cancer at the Women's Center in Qalandia Camp, targeting the women of the camp.
Led by distinguished trainer Marina Zayed, the session delved into the heart of the topic to equip participants with knowledge:
Session Topics:
• An introductory overview of breast cancer and its risk factors.
• Emphasizing the importance of early detection as a crucial factor in increasing the chances of survival by more than 90%.
• A practical explanation of the correct steps for performing a breast self-examination.
• An open discussion to answer all participants' questions and dispel fears.
It wasn't just a lecture; it was a message of reassurance and encouragement: "You are not alone, and prevention and early detection are your rights."
