Caira Organization for Community Development

Caira Organization for Community Development is a Palestinian, NGO's, youth-led organization. It was established in 2023 by a group of young visionaries and officially registered in 2024.

We operate from the heart of Palestine to empower marginalized communities and build their capacities through innovative developmental programs.

Our Goals

At Caira Organization for Community Development, we work to achieve a set of strategic goals that contribute to empowering Palestinian society and building a brighter future for marginalized groups.

1. Youth Empowerment:
- Providing job opportunities and vocational training to enhance economic independence.
- Developing leadership and creative skills among youth.
- Supporting entrepreneurial and small projects.

2. Protection of Women and Children:
- Combating Gender-Based Violence through awareness campaigns.
- Providing psychological and legal support to survivors of violence.
- Promoting girls' rights and protecting them from early marriage.

3. Support for People with Disabilities:
- Providing specialized rehabilitation and training programs.
- Improving access to essential services.
- Promoting their integration into society and advocating for their rights.

4. Enhancing Health and Environment:
- Spreading health awareness in refugee camps and marginalized communities.
- Encouraging home gardening to improve food security.
- Implementing eco-friendly projects.

- Cooperating with local and international institutions to maximize impact.
- Developing transparent and effective policies.
- Enhancing community participation in decision-making.
